As a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), my fitness path began when I met my current partner, who motivated me to join him at the gym. While I wasn't consistent at first, I quickly developed a strong passion for weightlifting. After years of battling with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia, I finally discovered something that not only healed my relationship with my body but also with food. Engaging in strength training and bodybuilding completely transformed my mindset. Instead of restricting food and doing excessive cardio, I started nourishing my body to build strength and increase muscle mass. Following my certification, I dedicated myself to helping others in improving their relationship with their body. Viewing exercise as a form of self-care, rather than punishment or correction, can enable individuals to appreciate and embrace their body's capabilities. My primary objective as a trainer is to motivate and guide my clients in their fitness journeys and ignite the spark within them!
